Hola! Me llamo es Margarita. I used to live in Spain, but now I work for Innervision, I live in Amsterdam. My experiences with working within Innervisions are really good. I work in the company for 2 years and I am so happy that I work here, and I will explain you why.

Working in Innervisions means that you have to be creative and innovative, but you also have the room to be creative and innovative. If you have a good idea, there is always a way to work out your plans. The team is very close and committed to each other, despite of that we have several nationalities and we all really different. The atmosphere is really informal. We are kind of like a family and I feel really comfortable when I am at work.

Innervisions really offers the opportunity to develop myself. Our clients are very big organizations and they expect the best from us. This keeps us motivated to do the best we can and it gives a kick when you can celebrate another success with your team. If this organizational culture appeals to you it would be lovely if you apply, and maybe we will be colleagues soon!

'Hai, My name is Abdul Tariq al Shababi from Pakistan. I was headhunted 5 years ago to come and work for Innervisions. The whole process went very smoothly, I got a great job offer to work on developing applications for different clients. In two weeks Innervisions organised a nice apartment and took care of my visa and they even paid my flight tickets. The most exciting thing so for is that you can work on the latest technological tools in the field of IT. You are actually shaping the future, because that is what you do at Innervision.  In conclusion, if you are innovative, creative and open to learn Innervision is a great place to work for. '

Emilie Perry - Trainee Marketing

'My name is Emilie, I am 23 year old and I just finished my studies in International Marketing in my home country Norway. After I did an internship at Innervisions last year, I started my traineeship now in the department Marketing. I liked the company right from the beginning of my internship. There is so much space for own ideas and creativity in my work, and the team is incredible. Everyone feels responsible and we all go for a common goal. There is no sign of grudge or jealousy, what I really enjoy a lot. What I even like most about my job, is the link between the marketing activities and the social responsibility of Innervision. This year I am also responsible for the barbecue in the summer to reach the youth in Amsterdam, and I like to work for a company that acts as they preach!'
