DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

 

At Innervision, we strive for a diverse culture with a focus on values, respect and inclusion. Our goal is to be a leader in diversity and inclusion in the Netherlands and that this culture is represented and lived by everyone in the company.

 

To be transparent in our Diversity & Inclusion politic, we set goals every year and evaluate with a public report on these goals.

The goals for 2015 are:

 

  • More than 5 % woman in leading positions

  • More than 20 % employees hired with a disability

  • More than 15 different cultural backgrounds within the workforce

 

The Diversity and Inclusion Report 2014 will be published by the end of June.
