THE START OF INNERVISION
Innervision started in 2010 as a Start-Up company from four young professionals: Charbel Lahdo, Maureen ten Dam, Katharina Thüsing and Anne Göpel. Working from a small office in Enschede, they developed the first online worlds for their Dutch and German customers. In the end of 2010, Innervision already employs their first IT-experts and students for customer acquisition. Because the services and products were successfully and meet the needs of customers and applicants to this time, Innervision grew each year.
After two years, the Start-Up achieved to find customers in whole Europe and parts of America and Asia. The workforce went up to 100 employees . Since February 2013, the headquarters of Innervision are in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the company employs more than 250 employees, including departments for IT, Customer Relations & Sales, Public Relations and Creative Product Developments. The four founder are still together responsible for the whole company and working in the headquarters in Amsterdam.
In January 2015, the sales department was divided into four global regions: America, Asia, Europe, Middle East. Furthermore, the Top of Innervisions decided to distribute the responsibility and meet the challenge of their growing company:
Mr. Charbel Lahdo is responsible for Customer Relations & Sales, Mrs. Maureen ten Dam for IT and Creative Product Developments, Katharina Thüsing for Human Resources and Accounting and Anne Göpel for Public Relations & Marketing.
Since 2015, Innervision added the google-glass-tours to the main-products and services . This brought Innervision to the next level of using new technologies and their range of customers kept growing. Nowadays, more than 2,500 companies and more than 12,500 applicants are using the tools and services each month.
