PURPOSE - OUR BELIEVE  

 

Why?

Let us tell you the story of the reason of our existence. Before the four of them started the company in 2010, they were students studying in the Netherlands and Germany. It was in a student exchange programme in Vienna when they met each other for the first time. The goal of the exchange was to connect with other international students and get to know different cultures and learn from each other. From the Dutch side, Marueen and Charbel, were organising activities and also from the German side Anne and Katharina did also. The Germans and the Dutch started to work with each other immediately there was chemistry between us. In a later stadium we understand this chemistry and it became the reason why we exist:

 

“Everything we do, we believe in bringing people together and let them connect, work and learn from each other”.

 

How?

We develop, together with our clients, realistic virtual worlds were the culture of the organisation will be simulated. We do this with the latest communication technologies that are out there and with the brightest employees in the field of IT. We are continuously talking with our clients about how we can improve and innovate our tools.  To keep up and understand new technologies we attend different scholars in order to stay ahead regard to the latest technology, for example the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.     

 

What do we do?

We bring applicants and employers together via digital communication tools. Applicants can experience the company which they would like to apply for. What differentiate us from other companies is that we are fast in our services, we can within two days deliver a finished product. The process starts with an interview with the client, after that the engineer will start developing it. Together with the engineer and the account manager, we will give a presentation to the client.
