Before applicants can see The Innervision of your organization, they have a short interview on Skype by one of our employees. After the interview they are able to login and see The Innervision of the organization of their choice. To see it, they have to pay a small amount of money. After seeing The Innervision the applicant gets some questions about what they liked and what they disliked about the organization (anonymously). Because of the login, we can analyze the data. Herby you can see what target group is interested in your company, what they liked and what not and it also offers your organization the ability to see what applicants are looking for in an organization and to make you even more attractive as an employer.
