CULTURE OF INNERVISION
It is also the culture that makes Innervision the kind of company it is. We describe our culture as an open one that we tried to keep since Innervision was a little Start-Up. We also maintain a fit between culture and core values: Making a difference, being customer oriented and a focus on teamwork.
The people and the product are making the difference, so we give our associates the freedom and the space to be creative, innovative and inspired. We want to be a working place, where everyone feels free to contribute and share ideas and opinions. Hierarchy is replaced by self-organized teams and a small-scale culture.
Customer orientation is the effect of a culture, where everyone strives for the success of our customers. The goal of every project, of every conversation and action is the satisfaction of our customers, so we hire people who share this working morale.
The largest impact of our core values towards culture is the high focus on Teamwork. This is represented by structure, strategy, HR and finally by a culture that rewards and recognizes teamwork and emphasizes stories and rituals within the company. This makes clear, why social activities and rituals are a permanent feature within the culture of Innervision. For example, the company celebrates the day of foundation every year with all employees and furthermore every department has extra social activities.
Next to the importance of our core values, Innervision thinks that a modern and open culture encourages employees to do their very best every day. Since one year, there are also different clubs and leisure activities offered for our employees: Nowadays we have a “board game club”, different sports team as beach volleyball, football and basketball and recently also a small drama group, who had their premiere on the new-years party 2015.
